0About Me 
Marzieh Aghileh is an Industrial Engineer and Ph.D. candidate in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Minho, Portugal. Her doctoral research focuses on multi-project scheduling under uncertainty, exploring resource flexibility to enhance capacity management in complex environments. She has collaborated with leading organizations such as Bosch Car Multimedia and the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu as a research fellow, and currently works at Schréder Company as an Industrial Engineer. Her research interests include project management, innovation management, knowledge management, supply chain optimization, and healthcare systems. She has published in international journals such as Sustainability, Algorithms, and Production & Manufacturing Research, and has participated in global conferences like ARTIIS and IBIMA. Marzieh is also an active reviewer for journals including Soft Computing, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, and VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems. She received a Ph.D. grant from the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) and has been recognized for her academic excellence since her undergraduate studies.

She has experience in research and has published several academic papers.
