I have a solid background in Information Technology (IT), where I specialized in Healthcare Interoperability, focusing on standards such as HL7 FHIR and HL7 V2. In recent years, I have associated my expertise and IT background to dedicate myself to projects involving the technologies and principles of High Reliability Organizations, including my commitment to a doctoral degree in this field. High Reliability Organizations (HROs), due to the high risk in their operations, require excellence, as any failure can result in serious consequences, including loss of lives. However, they are recognized for having minimal or even non-existent failure rates, becoming synonymous with reliability and safety.
