A Universidade do Minho recebeu, de 30 de março a 1 de abril, o ‘training event’ do E2GO, um projeto da Comissão Europeia – ações Marie Curie, no qual o Centro ALGORITMI está integrado.

Durante três dias os parceiros envolvidos neste consórcio, quer universidades quer empresas, participaram em palestras, reuniões e demonstrações, entre outras ações, no Departamento de Eletrónica Industrial da Escola de Engenharia.

Entre os participantes, destaca-se a presença de parceiros dos Países Baixos, Polónia, Dinamarca e Áustria, para além dos representantes da Universidade do Minho e de empresas portuguesas, sendo Vítor Monteiro o Investigador Responsável pelo projeto no Centro ALGORITMI.

O projeto E2GO incide o seu trabalho de investigação na descarbonização da mobilidade automóvel, nomeadamente o desenvolvimento de soluções carregamento elétrico.

University of Minho hosted the E2GO project “training event”

The University of Minho hosted, from March 30 to April 1, the E2GO “training event,” a project of the European Commission – Marie Curie actions, in which the ALGORITMI Center is involved.

Over the course of three days, partners involved in this consortium, including both universities and companies, took part in lectures, meetings, and demonstrations, among other activities, at the Department of Industrial Electronics of the School of Engineering.

Among the participants, the presence of partners from the Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, and Austria stands out, in addition to representatives from the University of Minho and Portuguese companies. Vítor Monteiro is the Principal Investigator responsible for the project at the ALGORITMI Center.

The E2GO project focuses its research on the decarbonization of automotive mobility, particularly on the development of electric charging solutions.
